In the temple of Talking Island the Elf, Rylin, has lived over a thousand years since she lost her lover, Theon, in the war against Beleth. Because she has not found his body, she still believes he is alive, and on your way to Gludio she asks you to find the whereabouts of her lover.

Start this quest before you take the boat to Gludin for the first time, you will eventually come back to Talking Island someday. It is not worth returning immediately just for this quest.

1. Talk to Lilith in the Talking Island Village church. She will give you Lilith's Letter.
2. Take the boat to Gludin.
3. Talk to Master Baenedes in the trainer building just east of the north exit of Gludin. He will ask you deliver a diary to Lilith back in Talking Island Town. You can refuse the second delivery, in which case the reward is 3000a.
4. At some point take the boat back to Talking Island.
5. Return to Lilith and deliver the diary.

The reward is 3600 exp and 2 potions of Alacrity (attack speed).
